    Role Description:

    Our work with Retail Media Networks is rapidly expanding across EMEA. The Mood Media well established in-store experience is being expanded to include retail media monetization because Vibenomics advertising technology architecture aligns with retail media standards and enables for full funnel advertising for brands. This role will help build much needed trust and subject matter expertise with EMEA customers of how in-store retail media will drive alternative revenue streams as well as help brand partners to launch new products and advertise at point of sale.

    Reporting to the SVP of Retail Media Platforms and partnerships the responsibilities of the VP of Retail Media Networks, EMEA will include, but not be limited to:

    ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to modify the U.S. based Retail Media Network Playbook specific to UK and EU retailers

    ● Help create a clear sales plan particularly for any differences between UK and EU retail media inside sales and their specific agencies versus agency or brand direct revenue streams

    ● Modify and adapt playbook to the needs of a particular retailer or vertical

    ● Building relationships with the key stakeholders within the RMN's across EMEA

    ● Work cross functionally with the RMN to develop internal sales training and a regular cadence to review performance

    ● Identify any barriers or challenges that could limit the capability for RMN's to monetize the full value of the in-store inventory e.g. Retail Media Platforms, DSP dependencies, knowledge transfer, product roadmap needs

    ● Feedback loop to internal stakeholders about evolving RMN in-store strategies that can help steer the Vibenomics and Mood Media product roadmap

    ● Work with 3rd party sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales approach

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    ● 7-10 years of retail media experience, with a record of innovation and achievement.

    ● Overall understanding of the retail media ecosystem and how various platforms and technologies play a role in monetization programs.

    ● Creativity and perseverance to develop business over the long term, a high level of independent thought and strategy.

    ● An understanding of UK and EU retail media strategies and any applicable advertising or privacy regulations

    ● UK and EU Agency relationships are a plus

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

    ● Established network of retail executives with influence over 3rd party vendor relationships.

    ● A strategic mindset that will help guide Vibenomics go-to-market strategy, anticipate marketplace opportunities and inform product development priorities.
