- Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and managing the Microsoft Cloud Environment.
- Documenting the cloud setup through continuous enhancement.
- Executing tenant to tenant migrations using specialized tools.
- Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, integrity, performance, and resilience (including backups).
- Planning, implementing, and recovering from disasters for all systems.
- Collaborating on security policy enforcement and review with security experts.
- Covering all critical IT Infrastructure aspects.
- Timely escalating issues to IT Service Desk Manager.
- Contributing to project planning and execution.
- Training the Service Desk and Infrastructure team on service-related aspects.
- Conducting systems training, individually or in groups, on various components or processes.
- Expertise in system analysis, capacity planning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO.
- Experience in tenant migrations.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies like O365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
- Skills in O365 including usage, licensing, and administration.
- Proficiency in InTune and VMWare.
- Beneficial to have ITIL knowledge covering change, problem, and incident management.
- Comprehensive understanding of key infrastructure components.
