    Technology Business Analyst Apprentice (M&G Investments)

    Developing and maintaining reports to track essential metrics, utilizing this data to analyse challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Exploring and sharing innovative techniques for data visualization and presentation to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
    Implementing ITIL practices such as release management, change management, incident management, and problem management.

    Working closely with the customer experience team to analyse trends, ensure adherence to ticketing procedures, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Investigating existing IT processes, understanding business requirements, and providing recommendations for enhancements. Assisting in overseeing third-party relationships.
    What you will do in your working day

    The training you will be getting
    As a Technology Business Analyst Apprentice with M&G, you will undertake the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses

    This is a fixed term contract for 21 months upon which the business may decide to retain, subject to the Apprentice performance, headcount, and available funding.

    If recruited into a permanent role, the individual will follow the career progression applicable to the specific role/department.

    GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (Grade (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent)) Essential
    Other A levels, NVQ/SVQ or BTEC National (Grade Level 3) Essential
