Solution Architect.

London/Surrey - Hybrid

Approx Salary £75,000 - £90,000.

Sponsorship not available.

As an experienced Solution Architect supporting the Workplace and Personal Financial Health businesses, you will play a key role working with senior business leaders, Product Owners and Technology teams within the company on a number of programs, to facilitateand lead the definition of viable Technology platforms and solutions.

Requirements:

Skilled in the architecture, design and implementation of complex technology solutions
Strong communication skills with different types and levels of stakeholders both internal and external.
Effective leadership skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, bridgebuilding and political astuteness
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration and facilitation
Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, from Csuite leadership to business analysts and technical architects in a global delivery model
The ability to convey complex, abstract technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
