Do you have a passion for helping young people succeed? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Learning Mentor

As a Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting students in achieving their academic and personal goals.

You will work closely with students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

You will be a positive role model, inspiring students to take responsibility for their own learning and personal development.

Responsibilities:

Work oneonone with students to develop individualized learning plans
Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and provide support and guidance as needed
Help students develop study skills and timemanagement strategies
Monitor students' progress and adjust learning plans as necessary
Provide emotional and social support to students
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students' success
Keep accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

Experience working with young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping young people succeed
