The post holder will combine information management and technical skills to support the delivery of a patient-centred medicines optimisation agenda alongside integration with other services: Design, evaluate, implement, and support high quality information systems across a range of medicines management service areas.
Focusing on supporting user uptake, effective information visualisation, innovation in modern digital healthcare, and business resilience factors.Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, and evaluation of services/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis.
Ensure co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals for management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions, and projects.
Be a key member of the team as well as supporting stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
