The role of Midweight Artworker will see you deliver a range of integrated artwork, with a consistently high level of attention to detail. You will be responsible for the production of print ready or pixel perfect artwork for use across all of the agency's outputs.
You will ensure that all quality control checks have taken place and that the relevant people have signed work off before it goes to print, client, internal or external partners. You will apply the benefit of your experience to guide projects, estimate jobs correctly, and ensure feasible timelines are created and adhered to. You will maintain a positive, professional, solutions driven attitude at all times.
The role is full-time, permanent and hybrid with around 2 days per week in our London office at King's Cross.
What you'll be doing:
Stay updated on industry trends and award-winning work, improving craft, including UX
Ensure timely, high-quality work, adhering to standards and deadlines
Maintain excellence in all agency outputs, adhering to guidelines and quality control
Assist in managing suppliers for quality, value, and timelines
Develop team skills in design programs and contribute to pitch activities
Analyse and improve processes, maintaining efficiency and consistency
Manage project workload
Actively pursue self-development and contribute positively to team dynamics
What we'd like to see from you:
Ability to work as a one person department, and with external suppliers and freelancers
Experience owning projects from inception to completion with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in core design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Figma and sketch is a plus
Strong project-management skills, meeting deadlines and escalating issues as needed
Passion for driving excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Proactive ownership and responsibility for personal and team output
Motivational and inspirational attitude, forging strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Effective communication and confident leadership in managing multiple tasks
