- Hybrid Work: 4 days onsite/week - in London and 1 day HO/week
- Employment/Contract Type: Agency worker employment contract via us - Dexian or contracting inside IR35 via us - Dexian
- Duration: 6 months (with potential to be extended)
- Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time)
- Creation/ upkeep of migration schedules and liaison with global migration teams to keep accurate – using Management Studio tool & Excel.
- Develop/ upkeep of migration tracking, forecasting & reporting process for senior management – using Management Studio tool & Excel.
- Upkeep/ admin of migration tracking tool (Management Studio) and future improvements (e.g. permissions, working with the vendor on new development requirements, liaising with the project team to prioritise new requests).
- Assist with updates to programme communications templates and presentation decks.
- Assist with Risks & Issues tracking in a project Kanban Board.
- Run quarterly retrospectives with the global project team and assist with tracking recommended actions.
- Facilitate updates to technical and project process documentation (i.e. internal project team process and procedures, training guides, how-to guides for end users etc.).
- Regular status reporting via the Portfolio Management system (Smartsheets).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
- Basic project management/ project planner experience is required.
- Experience with a previous large-scale Windows or equivalent migration project preferred.
- Experience with Smartsheets or Azure Dev Ops (ADO) is a plus.
- PRINCE 2, PMP or Scrum Master qualification a plus.
