We are looking for a forward thinking Critical Care Practice Educator to work in an Outstanding Private Hospital in London.

Contract: Full time 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

The Role:

• We are looking for individual who possess excellent communication and leadership skills with evidence of working creatively and with a clear determination to deliver safe, effective and high quality patient care that is underpinned with kindness and compassion. Having the ability to role model a positive attitude towards service delivery and progression is key to this position.
• The Clinical Practice Educator Critical Care will be responsible for providing the employees within the ICU learning experiences which will enhance the quality of care given to patients.
• As a The Clinical Practice Educator you'll be responsible for creating strategies for the induction, education and continuing professional development of clinical staff. The CPE facilitates and delivers relevant education sessions and study days in line with current up to date evidence based Critical services and care. The Clinical Practice Educator will be responsible for developing educational plans and models to promote safe and healthy practices within the department to better care for their patients
