About the Role:

Travel to our North West depots and offices may be required on an ad hoc basis.

What you'll get to work on:

Take briefs from hiring managers for their current vacancies and using your expertise and market insight, develop effective recruitment and talent attraction strategies to achieve the best results
Work together with the stakeholders to understand talent requirements and ensure workforce plans are in place keeping talent gaps to a minimum
Advise and coach managers on recruitment and selection methods and processes
Headhunt talent across multiple platforms, including social media platforms and job boards, networking within the industry to build the talent pipeline
Manage recruitment campaigns and partner managers on the tools available
Work in partnership with external providers (such as recruitment agencies) to support the recruitment activity

What are we looking for:

Recruitment experience in Talent Acquisitions/Recruitment/Resourcing capacity
Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with different level stakeholders
Ability to embrace and drive change; Proactive and positive approach while facing challenges, with a collaborative, solutionfocused mindset
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good planning and organisational skills, able to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask to ensure the deadlines are met; Effective prioritisation and time management skills
