    As an Energy Specialist, you'll be working in a team of 10-15 people providing incredible end-to-end customer service with our Residential or Small Business team.

    You'll connect with our customers over the phone and through digital channels such as text and email.

    You don't need to have worked in customer service before – we've got your back and will provide a fully immersive training experience.

    So, whether you're looking to change your career (after all, it's never too late), work part-time to give a great balance to your personal life, or simply aren't sure what path to take after leaving education, maybe it's time to give customer service a go
    We embrace hybrid working in our Retail business. We also know that you may need the flexibility to work from home at times too.

    There's lots to get involved in outside of the day job as well, including our 9-employee networks (e.g., Working Parents, RACE, Disability & Carers) and amazing resources to help you thrive at work and home.
