Senior Estimating Manager, Cost Controller, Cost Engineer

We have an excellent new requirement for a Senior Estimating Manager to join a leading organisation based in London.

As a Senior Estimating Manager, we would require you to provide the strong management of people and business resources through the developments of a variety of Cost Estimations for a high value and complex amount of projects.

You will be required to ensure key Cost Management Principles in which are aligned with key Risk Management principles to establish requirements within the overall budget envelope

• Understand work processes of other disciplines and functions on projects and proposals
• The ability to convert estimates into budgets for control purposes as well as monitoring and evaluating the implementation of risk, opportunity and uncertainty control measures
• Previous experiences of developing an analysis of external influencing factors such as inflation and market trends
