Overview:


Join us, and you will be joining a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced administrative team, based at one of the world's most iconic airports, and our most important branch in Europe.


Responsible for helping with back-office tasks and responsibilities, the team also pride themselves in providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, both by phone and in person.

Additional tasks also include accounts receivable collection, and asset tracking.

Based at Heathrow Airport, you must be able to work a 40-hour work week on a flexible shift system.

As you can imagine, being one of the world's busiest airports, our office is also one of our busiest in Europe, so shifts can include weekends, holidays and morning shifts starting from 6am and evening shifts ending at 11pm.


This is a fantastic role where you will have the opportunity to directly impact our business as part of our administrative team - not everybody can say they work for a $30 billion business, the world's largest car rental business, in the world's second busiest airport.

Responsibilities:


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Main Office

  • Incoming calls: reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors.
  • Outgoing calls: callback management, account receivables, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.

Exit Booth

  • At the exit booth you will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during the final stage of the rental car process; facilitate the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information. The person in this role performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Terminal Desk

  • First point of contact for arriving passengers. To provide prospective customers with quotes to secure their business, and to provide directions and assistance to our booked renters.

  • Hours: 40 Hours a week based around a varied shift pattern over 7 days a week, including bank holidays shift patterns vary between 6am11pm
