Tennants Distribution Ltd is a leading independent distributor of chemicals based in the UK.

We are recruiting now for an Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Manager in the day-to-day tasks within the finance function.

Accounts Assistant – Main Responsibilities

• Experience using Excel is mandatory.
• Invoice and employee expense checking and coding, recording all non-allowable expenses to assist the completion of the PAYE Settlement.
• Administration of company vehicles including monitoring MOT dates, penalty charges, toll charges, insurance, licence checking and administration of the buying and selling processes.
• This includes the recording and submission of information to our payroll provider who will complete the P46 car which will be used in calculating an employee's P11d.
• AAT qualification
