Unity Works has an exciting opportunity available for a
Personal Assistantbased in
Kentish Town, London. You will join us on a
full-time permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£30,000 per annum, plus benefits and flexible working with 2 days a week in the office.

The Role


The Managing Director of Unity Works is seeking an experienced
Personal Assistantwho can plan and coordinate long term work, whilst simultaneously reorganising day-to-day priorities.

This will involve process and project management as well as leading on the administration of policy reviews.

  • You will need to liaise with a range of people who have different levels of communication and needs. Act as a first point of contact internally and externally and manage diaries
  • Plan and arrange travel;
  • Coordinate all relevant briefings and papers
  • Take formal committee minutes, arrange meetings and conferences including preparing relevant communications. You will also be responsible for gathering, presenting, and reporting on a variety of information using; Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days a week in London

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be detail orientated and extremely organised. Confident, articulate, and professional
  • Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Desire to always embrace our values and vision 2 Years previous PA experience is essential
