    Job summary

    An opportunity has arisen to be part of DCHS Domestic team at Alfreton Primary Care Centre.

    As a Domestic Assistant (Cleaner), you will become an active member of our team working closely with other disciplines.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who are eager to learn and to develop and whilst previous experience is desirable it is not essential as full training is provided.

    If you want to make a difference to our patients' experience and can demonstrate values and personal qualities that support the DCHS way of working we would like to hear from you.

    What really matters to us is providing everyone of our patients with an excellent experience, a service that really cares and one that delivers the right outcome, and we achieve this every day.

    We require 1 domestic assistant working hours per week. This is an evening position working Monday - Friday, 5 pm -

    Main duties of the job

    To provide a high quality domestic service at Alfreton Primary Care Centre.

    Working either individually or as part of a team in ensuring a clean and safe environment is maintained for patients, staff and visitors following agreed work schedules, methods and procedures in accordance with the National Standards of Cleanliness.

    The post holder will be required to have a flexible approach and be prepared to work on other sites should service demands dictate.

    To play an integral part in delivering outstanding patient care at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS).
