We have an exciting opportunity for you to join uour client on an interim basis as a Facilities Manager.
We need you to manage both Hard and Soft facilities management (FM) contracted services at our client's main offices, ensuring that all SLA's, KPI'sand reporting requirements are met.
Further to this, we need you to be responsible for building security and safety policies, as well as managing the FM team to ensure they're able to deliver an efficient service to their customers.
What will I be doing?- Responsible for the management of all hard and soft FM contracts including cleaning, catering, maintenance, plants, printers and archiving, and actively manage the performance, attending monthly meetings, reviewing monthly reporting, accounts, H&S and SLAs
- Proactively liaising with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure all contracts across FM are reviewed and maintained
- Responsible for all office moves and refurbishments across key offices
- Responsible for the compliance and H&S across key offices ensuring that offices and buildings meet all health and safety standards and have correct certificates
- Ensuring a continuous training programme for fire wardens across all offices, liaising with Landlord for all fire drills and evacuations
- Acting as an Emergency contact for our client and manage and oversee the security and access control systems
- Taking full responsibility for the management of the Facilities £1m plus budget, monitoring expenditure and preparing annual budgets
- Overseeing the running of the mailroom, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Accountable for line managing, leading and developing an inclusive and high functioning team.
- Significant experience of managing FM services and teams across multiply sites
- Extensive experience of leading diverse teams and managing external contractors
- Proven ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
- Experience of working collaboratively with stakeholders and supply chain partners
- Demonstrates a customer centric and solution focussed attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and requirements.
