    Role Summary:

    As a Head of Influencers and Talents Partnerships at TikTal, your primary focus will be on sales and business development in the influencer marketing industry.

    You will play a key role in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our footprint in this exciting domain.

    We are seeking a talented and motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, partnership management, and influencer marketing.


    Key Responsibilities and Assignments:

    Sales and Business Development:
    Identify and target potential business partners, influencers, and clients within the influencer marketing industryDevelop and execute business development strategies to expand our network and drive revenue growthFoster and maintain relationships with key industry players to promote collaboration and mutually beneficial partnershipsIdentify new sales opportunities, including brands looking to leverage influencer marketing for their products and servicesPrepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitchesNegotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

    Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partnership team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targetsFoster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation in partnership development

    Partner Relationship Management:

    Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, influencers, and clientsAct as a liaison between our company and our partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptlyContinuously assess and improve partner satisfaction and engagementReporting, Analytics, and KPIs:Regularly report on the progress of partnerships, sales activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior managementRequirementsQualifications:Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the influencer marketing industryExperienced working with clients from the USAStrong network and connections within the influencer marketing ecosystemNative/Fluently in English speaking, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsResults-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent organizational and time management skills; and team managementAnalytical and data-driven approach to decision-makingSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

    Able to work independently and within EST time zone.
