Description
Due to an increase in demand we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Stove Installation/Sweep team


The hours will be:

Winter:
September to February Mon - Thurs 8am to 5pm


Summer :
March to August Mon - Thursday 8am to 3pm

  • Organise the Technician's workload including routes and timings, ensuring the routes are the most cost effective.
  • Operate the booking system effectively.
  • Produce 'job tickets' for work booked.
  • Invoice completed work and process payments.
  • Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments
  • Ensure customers details are logged, as required.
  • Ordering parts generated from services.
  • Provide support for Stove Retail Manager

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Methodical and process driven approach.
  • Positive and flexible attitude.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Knowledge of the surrounding areas would be advantageous
  • Good proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week
