Head of Corporate Reporting - PE backed Financial Services - City of London (hybrid working)

A unique opportunity to build a team in a double-digit growth global PE backed Financial Services company that is planning its IPO in the next 12 months.

With 30% net revenue growth to >£500m, the business has had double-digit growth in net revenue and profit for the last several years with strong performance in all their segments - and there is never a dull moment in Group Finance due to several large acquisitions over the last few years.

With the appointment of an impressive new Group CFO - there is a heavy investment into the Finance function creating fantastic opportunities for ambitious Senior Finance professionals looking to accelerate their career.

Reporting directly to the Group FC you will help to scale the Group Finance function as the company continues a successful acquisition spree and readies themselves for a major stock market listing (IPO) - playing a lead role in various strategic projects around IPO readiness.

This role will have ownership for the Annual and Interim Financial Reports, coordinating the team, and reviewing and challenging stakeholders across the business to ensure efficiency in Financial Reporting.

There will also be an immediate need to grow out a team as the business continues to expand and Finance build a Group Finance function fit for multinational listed business with rapid revenue growth.
