    About the Job: -
    Reporting to the Development Director as the Senior Development Manager you will be responsible to manage and lead on several Lampton Homes developments from inception to post practical completion.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Identify development opportunities & lead on allocated sites, undertake viability assessments, appraisals and produce recommendation reports.
    • Produce Master Development Programmes & Project Plans
    • Procure, appoint, and manage professional Teams.
    • Obtain and use sales, revenue, and marketing data.
    • Produce monthly reports including fees, board reports, management reports etc & present to Senior Management
    • Plan, manage and deliver one or several Projects (Developments)
    • Produce short term activity programmes. Keep up to date. Report and mitigate variances.
    • Monitor fees, income, expenditure and review sections of programmes.
    We are looking for the following Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
    • Ideally you will be educated with a Degree within Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
    • Experience report writing and presentation of reports to smaller and larger audiences.
    • Advance Microsoft Office skills
    • understanding and experience of successfully managing residential and mixed used developments from RIBA 1 to 6.
    • Knowledge of Housing Associations, Registered Providers and Local Authorities development and affordable housing procedures
    • Be able to demonstrate development revenue and costs (CAPEX and OPEX)
    • Experience of planning system, contract management, s106, s278, s104
