Vacancy - Customer Service Account Executive

Location - near Sutton, Surrey

Working hours

Monday to Friday

8.30am to 5pm (core hours)

Salary - up to £35,000 per annum + commission OTE £45,000

Young, fun, dynamic company with cool offices based near Sutton, Surrey are looking for hard working individuals with an excellent telephone manner.

Simply put, our client is a business that works as a virtual office for plumbers and electricians.

Your role will involve booking appointments for plumbers and electricians, booking jobs and dealing with any overflow calls to the Customer Account Managers.

There is no sales, only customer service calls and administration - working alongside the Account Managers in a small, vibrant and lively office environment.

This business has grown organically over the last 3 years with no advertising or marketing so far.

The director's vision sees the business growing steadily over the next 5 years.

He is now looking for new people to be part of that growth with the possible opportunity to progress onto an Account Manager role.
