- Recommending, instigating, & explaining appropriate diagnostic tests, investigations, and interpreting findings and reports.
- A registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- A Masters degree from the centre for Advancing Practice accredited MSc advanced practice programme or completed the centres e-portfolio (supported) route.
- A qualified independent nurse prescriber, on the NMC register.
- Meets NMC revalidation requirements & standards for registered ANP working at advanced level.
- The ability to record accurate clinical notes.
- Experience of working in a management role and evidence of leadership skills.
- Experience of working in a wide range of primary care settings to include clinical triage experience.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Knowledge of health promotion strategies.
- Understand the requirement for PGDs and associated policy.
- Polite and confident, flexible and cooperative.

EAST:MK Primary Care Network has exciting opportunity for an advanced nurse practitioner to join our team. We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis for hours per week, over 5 days between Monday and Saturday, on a rota basis across the 4 surgeries that make up the PCN.
