Location:

United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) is the single government provider of National Security Vetting (NSV).

We are the centre of excellence for security vetting and enable government to protect citizens and provide vital public services, by understanding and managing security risks.


As a Training Coordinator, your main responsibilities would be:

  • Co-ordinate the delivery of learning and development activities and handle confidential management information relating to learning and talent programmes.
  • Provide learning and training advice to individuals and managers ensuring fair access of opportunity for all.
  • Collect and collate accurate data on learning interventions.
  • Interpret information and draft reports to clearly present data and insight, including highlighting trends and issues and potential solutions, to senior groups and the business.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with team and wider business colleagues.

You'll have relevant experience in:


  • Creation and delivery of lesson plans; either face to face, virtually or a blended model.
  • The ability to write effective instructional texts and materials.
  • A passion for learning and development of yourself and others.
  • The ability to deliver content that will engage groups.
  • Experience as a trainer.
  • Proficiency on all major Microsoft Office 365 platforms (essential) and Google Suites (desirable).
  • The ability to work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£200.00-£300.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
