About the Role:

Respond to enquiries from customers.

  • Work flexibly and cooperatively as an effective team member, collaborating with and informing colleagues across the service in order to ensure effective communication and information sharing as appropriate.
  • Provide support and assistance to other members of the team and provide cover as and when directed. This may include working in other sections within the Rents Team and locations as and when required.
  • Take responsibility for your own performance taking a proactive stance to ensure your performance meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative standards.
