The Workshop Business Developer (WBD) is responsible for the management and development of Bosch Car Service (BCS) Concept workshops as well as promoting Bosch automotive parts to the Independent garages, creating demand and pull through of our products, equipment and services.

The job holder will be expected to contribute significantly to the overall delivery of the UK Aftermarket businesses in total.

In addition, the WBD is expected to work with colleagues throughout the business to achieve the best possible result for Bosch as a whole.

Manage the development of concept customers via the annual development plan process
Enforce compliance in the areas of parts purchases, workshop test equipment, training, brand utilisation and programme initiatives within Bosch
Work with and support the regional team of developers and Account Managers to develop the area in line with the overall Bosch strategy
Contribute to the writing and maintenance of individual customer account plans with the Account Managers
Generate sales and interest relating to Bosch Automotive parts with the end users
Collate and feedback market intelligence
Liaise with and support all Automotive Aftermarket departments
Engage in the process of improving our business processes by contributing ideas and suggestions
Work collaboratively with all members of the AA business
