Description
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the firm in a personal and confident manner
- Answering telephone calls promptly and efficiently and transferring to the relevant person/team
- Taking ownership of the front of house space
- Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms and tidy & well equipped
- Booking meeting rooms via a booking room system
- Monitoring of refreshments
- Booking guests in and out and ensuring an overall engaging experience
- Issuing visitor passes
