Workplace & Commercial Interior Fit Out Design

We are partnering with a leading architectural studio specializing in workplace and commercial interior fit-out design. With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, our client works across various industries including tech, media, retail, law, and finance. They are currently seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist or Technician to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Director to coordinate and deliver concept designs through to completion on site.
• Work on diverse projects spanning joinery, partitions, architectural metalwork, and other related packages.
• Assist in managing projects across different sectors, including tech, media, retail, law, and finance.
• Engage with industry-leading interior designers and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
• Embrace site experience to contribute effectively to project delivery.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in Stage 3 & Stage 4 delivery within workplace and commercial interior fit-out design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and measurable experience.
• Flexibility to work on projects based in London, the wider UK, and potentially abroad.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Proactive mindset, creative thinking, and a passion for delivering impactful projects.
• Site experience is advantageous.
