Senior Estates Surveyor
Lancashire
2-month contract
£42 an hour, umbrella

Key responsibilities of a Senior Estates Surveyor:

  • The role will require providing specialist professional services and advice to customers and regularly support/advise senior managers within their specialist area. Uses expertise to deal with highly complex and high-risk issues across a range of situations.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experienced professional Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS).
  • At least 3 years post qualification experience in Estates Surveying delivering a commercially effective professional estates and valuation service.
  • A good knowledge of Lancashire is essential
  • Driving License.
