An exciting opportunity for a Head of Asset Management to join a growing and well established business in East Anglia.
This is a pivotal role which will focus on ensuring that properties are of high quality, well-maintained, and provide value for money.
This role would suit an individual with a strong background in building/construction, Asset Management possessing relevant qualifications and memberships.Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership roles, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on digital improvement.
Day to day the Head of Assets will be responsible for the following: Chairing contract performance meetings to ensure value for money.
Salary:
£70,000 - £74,000 including car allowance
