Description and requirements:

You Will:
- Closely monitor key HS&W performance indicators, ensuring that Operations are wellinformed regarding the contracts HS&W performance against these (both contractual and Skanska driven KPI's)
- Engage with key external stakeholders to influence positive change, demonstrating Skanska's 'care for life' values and ambition to be the best
- Support operational team with the development and maintenance of Construction Phase Plans / Project Execution Plans
- Advising the operational team on the effective management of subcontractors
- Communicate effectively (accurate, relevant, and timely) with line manager, particularly regarding the escalation of accidents and incidents
- Identify, promote and coordinate carbon reduction initiatives to meet targets
- Support the operational team in accident / incident investigations in accordance with Skanska procedure.
We're looking for:
- Previous experience in facilities management/ building services/ construction arena
- Hold a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate and be willing to develop further I.e., compete NEBOSH Diploma
- IOSH Membership I.e., Tech IOSH
- NEBOSH Fire Certificate
- Auditing qualification
