Catering Supervisor to work within
Outdoor Education Services at our
Tower Wood centre on the
shores of Lake Windermere for
Lancashire County Council.

Your new role

Catering Supervisor - We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised individual to oversee the running of our well equipped kitchen in the beautiful location of
Tower Wood - our ideal person will be welcoming and friendly as you'll be guiding a small team to provide high quality, tasty and nutritious food - you will have the freedom to plan some fabulous meals having the ownership to create your own menus - you'll support your team, listen to ideas and positively encourage everyone to take pride in their work - you'll set the standard for hygiene and ensure everyone is aware of the importance of individual dietary and allergen requirements, plus provide diligent record keeping, ordering quality ingredients and be supporting the house manager with additional tasks - so if your passionate about people, want to work in a stunning location and have a love for good food, please get in touch
