This is a permanent full-time management opportunity to cover a vacancy within Chorley Adult Disability Day Service -Chorley
Hours of work : Working 5 days a week Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with a 40 minute break each day
The role will involve being part of a management team, who will lead and manage a staff team to support adults with disabilities in a day service setting in the Chorley area of Lancashire.
You will work directly alongside your management colleagues and the staff team, to ensure people who use the service receive safe and effective supports daily to achieve outcomes.
The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a disability and will have passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
In return Lancashire County Council offers a range of benefits, including, a generous annual leave allowance starting at 26 days and rising to 32 days after 5 years of service. Additionally, 8 Bank Holidays and 2 additional statutory days.
