    Folio is a specialist recruitment agency in London's interior design community. We provide employment consultancy for the leading practices, boutique studios to global groups.
    Folio is representing a London-based design studio renowned for their expertise in crafting distinctive F&B projects infused with personality. This studio is in search of an experienced Middleweight Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start.

    This role will be vital within the hospitality interiors team, so a willingness to grow, learn, and develop will be essential.

    After successfully fulfilling the contract, there's an opportunity for this role to evolve into a permanent position within the team.

    Throughout the 12-month period, the appointed candidate will contribute in a variety of high-end F&B projects, spanning from local to international sites, covering all stages from concept development to delivery.

    In this role, the candidate will be expected to bring a creative approach to all aspects of the projects.

    This includes tasks such as creating mood boards and 2D/3D design presentations, as well as assisting in the development of tender proposals.

    They will also contribute to FF&E schemes, ordering and collating samples for projects. Additionally, the role involves overseeing Junior Designers within the team.

    The individual will attend site and client meetings as necessary and will be tasked with compiling working drawings and specifications with support from the project team.

    Managing a varying workload across multiple projects to meet client deadlines and expectations is a key aspect of the role.

    Skills & Experience:
