Trade Counter Assistant (Customer Service) , this is what your day-to-day will look like and how your contribution will add value to our business, in addition to some extra relevant tasks as required:
- Developing sales of core and specialist products
- Follow up sales leads from colleagues, key suppliers and other partners
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the business, suppliers and customers
- Provide excellent customer service to a wide variety customers and tradespeople
- Build rapport with customers and proactively generate sales through the sales
- Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensure quantities are correct and undamaged, and resolve any deviations
Trade Counter Assistant (Customer Service) we employ.
- Flooring product knowledge
- Commercial acumen
- IT literate
- Experience in a Sales Administrator or Support Agent role (or similar)
- CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Track record of having met and exceeded sales targets
- Customer service best practices
- Interpersonal skills
- Adaptive communication
- Confidence and selfmotivation
- Accurate and up to date sharing of product and service information
- Ability to remain calm and conducive during stressful situations
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Providing excellent customer service

- IT conversant
