An exciting and unique opportunity has been created at NRS Healthcare, could this be the position for you?

Do you like working with a variety of different people and driving change to better a service provided within the local community?

In this role you will create and manage a stakeholder relationship plan to ensure all key stakeholders are engaged.


You will create and lead service user and stakeholder forums, coordinate feedback from service users and other stakeholders, creating actionable insights into their needs and views on how the service can be improved, resulting in service improvement activities.


You will work with key service user groups and partners across our sites, such as GP Surgeries, Care Homes, Care Agencies, Charities, and customer Social Care and Clinical teams to ensure integration of our services with them, shared understanding of priorities, pathways and work, and support joint working initiatives.

You will also lead communications with local stakeholders to ensure the service is understood and effectively used by stakeholders.


What experience, skills and qualifications will you have?

  • Experience of working within a health or social care setting, and knowledge of the services provided by various organisations in this area.
  • A Good understanding of clinical governance and standards including outcome measures.
  • Understanding of the social and health needs of the groups of service users we work with, including those who are older, frail, living with dementia, have long term conditions or disabilities, working with family carer groups etc.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and responsibilities with ability to prioritise and organise work effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including demonstrable knowledge and practice of customer care
  • A Social Care or clinical qualification (such as nursing, physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) would be an advantage but not required.
  • Understanding of customer research and survey techniques and analysis.
  • You will need a UK driving licence.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Implement and develop a strategy for liaising with the community of service users, relevant groups and operational partners, working with the Customer Relationship and Transformation Manager, and the Clinical Lead on the contract
  • Lead engagement with the above groups and our commissioner groups, creating a strategy and annual plan for communication and engagement
  • Create, lead and attend existing groups formed to understand different groups needs and work and how the contract can support this
  • Lead the delivery of surveys and all feedback from users, carers, prescribers and other stakeholders, including complaints, ensuring all feedback is responded to, analysed, reported as a coordinated picture of how the service is seen, and recommend changes and improvements accordingly.
  • Organise, promote and support engagement events locally
  • Create and produce local communications with stakeholders, promoting awareness and understanding of what the service offers and how stakeholders can best work with us and make the most of our services. This will include for example social media, press, events, local websites, leaflets, posters, research and reports
