Our Community Service Centre located in Berkshire is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our close-knit team.
Flexibility to cover weekend shifts is required at times.
NRS Healthcare is the primary supplier of Community Equipment Services in the UK, offering comprehensive services throughout all aspects of equipment provision and recycling within the healthcare industry.
We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who can assist us in our goal to enhance the quality of life and independence of individuals daily. Our services enable people to stay in their own homes, reducing the necessity for prolonged hospital stays and allowing the NHS to focus on delivering crucial care where it is most needed.
Our Warehouse Operatives play a crucial role in the success of our service. From selecting and loading equipment, your responsibilities will vary, ensuring that our service users receive the assistance they require promptly.
In addition to equipment selection and loading, you will receive training in additional tasks such as equipment repairs, communicating with our Driver Technicians, and managing all incoming and outgoing warehouse goods.
You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse to uphold health and safety standards and equipment upkeep. You will undergo comprehensive training, including familiarization with our inventory management system that involves the use of a handheld scanner.
While our Service Centre is situated in Theale, Berkshire, our equipment services extend across the county and neighboring regions.
Most importantly, you should possess the care and empathy necessary to ensure the seamless operation of our Service, guaranteeing that our users receive a convenient and dependable service.
