    Analyses and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
    Responsible for implementation of strategy that has been created at higher organisational levels.

    • Responsible for implementation of Parker Lean system, the principles, techniques, and methodologies.
    • Assist in development of local level Lean strategy that aligns with higher organisational levels.
    • Ensure steering committees and teams are established at local level and they commit to implement Lean principles.
    • Provide ongoing education for all employees at local location.
    • Confident to research and analyse data effectively.
    • Able to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports.
    • Change management experience is required.
