- Drive growth of the Digital P&L through revenue, gross profit, and net profit optimisation.
- Utilise tools such as category page ordering, coupons, bundling, and other digital promotion capabilities to adjust product display and promotion mix.
- Implement dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement, supplier relations, and marketing teams to drive product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Optimize core product content based on customer behaviour to improve conversion
- 5+ years of Digital eCommerce experience, preferably in Digital Trading
- Proficiency in managing P&L, commercial activations, and supplier relationships
- Strong analytical skills, utilising data-driven insights for decision-making
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership and change management
- Passion for digital space, abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Lead a team of digital sports enthusiasts
