    Job DescriptionAs an Operational Support Executive, you will act as the facilitator between Together and the customer, introducer and solicitor from the point of application through to completion.

    You will ensure that the customer documentation is managed effectively to enable a smooth and speedy journey from application to funding.

    As an Operational Support Executive, we are looking for someone to:

    Handle all data entry for new direct cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracyPrepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and appropriate underwriting decisionsManage the case pipeline to ensure agreed SLAs and completion deadlines are met by liaising with the customer and intermediaries where necessaryReview and check all documentation on cases pre funding in order to mitigate risk and minimise potential financial lossesDevelop relationships with the panel of solicitors in order to enhance their knowledge of the internal processSupport Case Managers to operate with maximum efficiency by managing inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and brokersQualificationsEssentialExcellent communication skills, with a commitment to minimising customer effort and maximising business goalsPrevious experience in an administration roleUnderstanding of what a good customer outcome looks likeHigh degree of accuracy and a keen attention to detailExcellent planning and organisational skills that enable cases to be funded in the optimum timeframeAdditional InformationBenefits working at Together26 days holiday, and a day off for your birthday (increasing with service to 30 days), plus bank holidaysBuy & sell holidaysDiscretionary annual bonusMatched pension contributionLife assuranceCritical illness coverHealth cash planPrivate medical insuranceFree access to company holiday homesTravel season ticket loansRide to work schemeFree local gym accessLocal bar / restaurant discountsTogether Money embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
