Operate a helpdesk system responding to problems quickly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange.
To follow and aid in the development and deployment of ISO processes and software solutions in line with business strategy and the priority set by management.
Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies and where appropriate participate in projects relating to supported applications and new systems for the business.
Assist in the support of onsite meeting room equipment (Poly, Cisco, Surface Hub), WiFi and printingOccasional out of hours work may be required as and when necessary.
