Working for one of the most luxurious travel businesses in the UK you will be part of the crucial team that ensures the attention to detail on every trip is out of this world, giving the customers the best possible experience.

**Client Experience Specialist

  • What will I be doing ?*
  • You will be supporting the Travel Consultants to ensure that all the finer details are included and adhered to on the passengers' itineraries.
  • You will be liaising with the travel suppliers to ensure bookings are made for every detail and at busy times you will also help the concierge team
  • You will put together all the final documentation for clients presented in the best possible way adding to the luxurious experience that the client receives

Client Experience Specialist - What Experience do I need ?

  • If you have worked in a similar role within travel this would be a great advantage or perhaps you have worked in sales in travel but would now prefer to get away from targets and be more behind the scenes.
  • The most important requirements are that you have a great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic, the drive to meet deadlines and deliver service excellence
  • You need to be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • What else do I need to know?**This role is a hybrid role 3 days a week in their lovely offices in the Manchester area and 2 days from home. Monday
  • Friday pm. Salary £21 £23kk plus bonus after one year's service. 23 days annual leave (increasing to 27 with length of service)Further company benefits include discounted personal travel, company pension scheme, flexible working hours, cycle to work scheme and unpaid leave entitlement
