- Assembly, wiring and testing of Power Factor Correction (PFC) and Power Quality (PQ) equipment
- Necessary training will be given in the factory to ensure the candidate is familiar with the products
- Installing, maintaining, repairing & servicing PFC/Power Quality equipment
- Testing and commissioning of PFC/Power Quality equipment on site
- Carry out 7day load surveys, returning data to the engineering office for processing
- Remote upload of the completed documentation and photos to the Site Services Administration Team
- Make recommendations for repair, replacement and installation as required
- Maintain your company vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness/presentation/roadworthiness
- Ensure the van is stocked with agreed levels of necessary equipment
- Familiarity with the Company Documented Quality System in particular, but not exclusively, the documents and procedures relating to Site Services and Non-Conformances
- City & Guilds Parts l, ll & lll in Electrical Installation Work or equivalent
- City & Guilds BS7671: 1992 Requirements for Electrical Installations (IEE Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition)
- Appropriate Joint Industry Board (JIB)/ECS card (Gold Electrician card or Field Engineer related discipline card)
- CCNSG Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Safety Passport
- Preferably, a successfully completed electrical apprenticeship lasting at least four years
- Familiarity with MS-Office Suite desirable
