    Description

    An opportunity has arisen for a EYFS/KS1 Class Teacher to join our team. Due to this being a maternity cover, initially this is a fixed term position beginning 4 September 2024

We are collaborating with the Limestone Peak Federation and under the leadership of the Executive Headteacher, together with the Head of School our purpose is to provide the very best possible education for our children through high quality training and professional development.

    The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess qualified teacher status
  • Be able to establish excellent relationships with children and parents, promoting aspirational achievement and progress for all groups of pupils
  • Believe that all pupils, regardless of their background are capable of reaching their full potential
  • Have high expectations of learning and behaviour
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
  • Be able to take a lead role in a curriculum area and have a positive influence (please state your preferred curriculum area)
  • Have recent experience of teaching in Reception or Year 1.
  • Possess the knowledge and skills to effectively teach in mixed age classes.
