Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the StoneX Compliance department to carry out monitoring tasks to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Processing and/or reviewing information relating to any areas of responsibility of the Compliance department
  • Assist in the administration of compliance policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the execution of compliance projects and/or ad hoc tasks as required
  • Researches industry trends and becomes familiar with the laws and regulations of the firm.
  • Job shadows multiple members of the department
  • Utilizes company resources to improve processes and procedures for team.
  • Updates internal systems with the most current data and/or information.
  • Attends meetings, events, and other networking opportunities
  • This list of responsibilities may not be allinclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024 (entering penultimate year of university)
  • Available for a June 2023 start date for an week program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
  • Must be authorized to work in the UK for any employer
