- Part of the commercial and customer service team, working within the sales and service hub of our client's Tamworth office;
- Customer Service, you will be answering inbound calls;
- Preparation of proposals and quotations;
- General office administration to support a team of external sales engineers;
- Internal liaison between different departments;
- Management of the customer database;
- You will be required to use MS Office applications and a CRM system
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
- Delivery of excellent customer service;
- Helping support the departments sales revenues;
- Previous experience in working closely with internal colleagues
