    Part-Time Customer Service Administrator

    Location: Tamworth, B77

    Hours: 9.30/10am start and a 2.30pm finish, Monday to Friday

    Pro-rata salary on offer with excellent benefits

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a Customer Service Administrator on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday working hours are 9.30/10am start until 2.30pm.

    The Part-Time Customer Service Administrator will be required to undertake the following daily tasks:

    • Part of the commercial and customer service team, working within the sales and service hub of our client's Tamworth office;
    • Customer Service, you will be answering inbound calls;
    • Preparation of proposals and quotations;
    • General office administration to support a team of external sales engineers;
    • Internal liaison between different departments;
    • Management of the customer database;
    • You will be required to use MS Office applications and a CRM system

    The successful candidate for the Part-Time Customer Service Administrator role will have the following skillset:

    • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner;
    • Delivery of excellent customer service;
    • Helping support the departments sales revenues;
    • Previous experience in working closely with internal colleagues
    • Organised, confident and with a positive attitude
