dedicated team of
IT Professionals.

We are looking for
Entry level (Trainee) preferably with Minimum
HND in Computer Science. Networking or relevant IT Field.


Entry Level:


Key Responsibilities

  • First line support part of the helpdesk team, logging and clearing calls
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Application and system advice
  • System administration tasks
  • Internal systems support
  • Work alongside highly skilled and Knowledgeable IT Specialist with numerous range of projects.

Requirements:

Experience advantageous

  • Networking/Software or related IT field/HND/HNC
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Can work independently and part of a team


  • Advantageous

  • Knowledge and some experience with Microsoft office 36
  • UK Driver License

Salary:
£18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
