Our client is a well known local brand who have a great reputation for providing excellent customer service. They are now on the search for their next team member to their Customer Care team.

What your role will look like on a day to day basis:

Acknowledgment of complaints from customers and third parties and ensure they are recorded correctly on databases.
Investigation of complaints whilst keeping inline with regulations and resources.
Investigate which complaints should be answered internally and which ones should be forwarded to the relevant external partner.
Ensure fair outcomes to complaints and sign off of final response letters.
Manage the whole complaint process from start to finish.
Respond using both written and verbally ensuring brilliant customer service.
Inbound overflow calls from the customer care and collections team.
