- Maintain and build out Linux infrastructure
- Implement and support performance monitoring and fault monitoring systems
- Install, compile, package, and upgrade software and operating system components
- Work alongside development, hardware, and trading teams to create reliable server builds
- Complete performance tuning for operating systems, kernels, and server hardware
- Strong experience managing and troubleshooting Linux-based environments
- Experience working in virtualized environments
- Exposure to network devices and storage
- Strong experience with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimizing production systems
- Experience using deployment and automation tools such as Ansible, Airflow, and Jenkins
- Knowledge of containerization technologies
- Experience with research clusters and implementing tools such as Slurm workload manager.
