Please note this role is part time 9 hours per week, split over 2 days, one of those days being a Thursday, the other day to be agreed.
We have an exciting opportunity available as a Clinical Team Administrator for the Admiral Nurse Team. The position is part time post and an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to begin a career in the NHS. The successful candidate will build experience working in administration in a supportive and friendly team.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and flexible candidate to support the changing needs and demands of our Admiral Nurse team in a wide variety of administrative functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator who has an interest in the wellbeing of our service users and who has the passion to provide strong administration support, essential for the successful and efficient operation of our teams.

Main duties of the job
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of yourcommunication, prioritisation and administration skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
Previous administration experience is essential. The role will include but is not limited to general administration, minuting meetings, diary management and entering patient data.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential.
